Elaine Wilkins from Antony Batty Bournemouth working to help the local community.
Here at Antony Batty & Company, we always aim to live by our 3 key values of integrity, professionalism and good customer service. These values apply to our work as insolvency practitioners and business turnaround experts as well as to our wider work in the community. Recently, Elaine Wilkins (director at Antony Batty Bournemouth office) and was delighted to donate 100 Easter Eggs to the YMCA branch in Bournemouth, as part of our commitment to helping out in the community.
Sheena Dayman, Events Manager at YMCA Bournemouth takes up the story
“Good afternoon Elaine,
The support which comes via donations in money and in kind is invaluable in helping to support everyone we care for. YMCA delivers a variety of support sessions that are tailor-made to the individual. Some have complex needs, but this is a challenge we gladly accept and meet face on.
Our residents remain in supported accommodation sometimes for weeks, sometimes for months and sometimes for up to three years.
No matter the length of their stay with us, our focus and passion is to ensure that upon moving-on, everyone has the skills, confidence and self-belief that will enable them to positively contribute to society so that they can start to re-build their lives and fulfil their potential. We want everyone to be safe, to be positive…and to thrive.
We are extremely grateful for the support given by the local companies who support this mission, and we can never thank people enough for the positive impact they enable us to deliver locally. We were, therefore, delighted to receive your donation of 100 Easter eggs for our residents. The Easter eggs will make a big difference to our residents.
This small act of kindness will be greatly appreciated by many. It really helps to show that those that think the world has forgotten them that – it has not. Thank you to all at Anthony Batty & Co.”
