The first symptoms include the inability to pay its debts, or when its total liabilities exceed the assets of the company.

When appointed, we work to minimise the impact of insolvency on creditors, shareholders and other stakeholders, whilst ensuring all Company assets, including misappropriated funds, are recovered where possible and in turn distributed to creditors in accordance with the current legislation and that creditors’ rights and the rules on preferential payments are met in full.
