We are delighted to announce the arrival of Lucy Garner as our new Senior Manager at the Thames Valley office of Antony Batty and Company.
Lucy joins the team at a really exciting time for Antony Batty and Company Thames Valley, now well into its 4th year of trading, and she is looking forward to working with the team as we continue to grow.
About Lucy
Lucy has worked in Insolvency for over 25 years, starting in the industry working for a small firm of Insolvency Practitioners based in Poole, Dorset in 1998, where she worked mainly on personal insolvencies. She passed her Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) in 2006.
In 2008 she moved to the Thames Valley area and worked for RSM Tenon until 2013 when she joined Harrisons in Reading until 2018.
From 2018 to 2023 Lucy worked for Quantuma in their Maidenhead and Southampton and offices.
Lucy left the Thames Valley for a brief period to work in the Midlands before she returned to accept her new position with us. As she says, she is “very pleased to be back in the area I live in and know so well!”
Lucy deals with all aspects of insolvency; however, the last 17 years have mainly focused on corporate work including pre-pack/trading administrations and liquidations.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys cooking and walking and going on holidays to the Lake District and Scotland with her partner and their two German Shepherds in their caravan!

Lucy is our third new joiner in recent months, following the arrivals of Business Development Manager Jonathan James and Office Administrator Hannah Spelzini.”
