Mohita is based at Antony Batty Salisbury. She holds an Associate membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She commenced her professional journey in insolvency at SKS Business Services, dedicating two and a half years to the field. Her tenure there encompassed a diverse portfolio, involving both English and Scottish insolvency.
Mohita contributed to various cases, spanning bankruptcy, Members Voluntary Liquidations, Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, and Compulsory Liquidations. Building upon her experience, she transitioned to Greenfield Recovery Ltd, where she spent an additional year and a half as part of the closure team.
Subsequently, in June 2023, Mohita joined Antony Batty and Company LLP, contributing her expertise to the Salisbury team. Beyond her professional endeavours, Mohita finds solace in traveling, immersing herself in nature, and indulging in the world of books.
